Sabine is a former Head of Operations (ecoinvent) and Consultant (BCG).

Throughout her tenure at ecoinvent (data-driven scale up), Sabine reported to the CEO. She was responsible for scoping and executing strategic and operational projects with a focus on business development, go to market, and operations improvement. She also supported the CEO in developing a long-term, transformative strategy to scale up the activities of the organization while ensuring its longevity.

During her time at BCG, Sabine was responsible for the development and implementation of strategies, organizational structures and process optimizations for globally operating companies primarily in the Financial Institution, Healthcare, Industrial Goods, Insurance, Public Sector, and Technology, Media, and Telecommunications sectors.
