- Recruitment and onboarding in a context of high turnover and recruitment. Average of 45 recruitments per year.

- Skills development plan: updating methods for identifying and monitoring training needs, writing specifications and public contracts, digitizing training (mobile learning).

- Internal facilitator: supporting teams in the process of creating or changing organizations.

- Implementation of a new HRIS (annual review, training, recruitment).

- Organization of multidisciplinary conferences for all employees with external experts.

I work in 3 areas:

- Professional development with 3 types of skills assessments,

- HR with a tailor-made training offer,

- Change management support with coaching focused on relationships, change management interventions.

Definition of the skills development plan for Ile-de-France Mobilités agents in conjunction with the HR team. Adaptation of internal/custom training to new pedagogical approaches. Monitoring and implementation of training law within our community (CPF...). Internal support for agents requesting specific assistance (coaching, training leave, VAE, skills assessment...). Management of the committee responsible for selecting and programming "inspiring" conferences.
