- Training on tools delivered as part of the project,

Relation with the technical team:

- Team motivation within the project framework,

- Compliance with the specifications and client schedule

- Continuous technological watch.

Relation with the sales and administrative department:

- Reading and analysis of specifications provided by the sales department to provide a feasibility study and workload assessment,

- Adherence to billing milestones according to project stages,

• - Team management: supervision of several interns

• - Collection of essential elements for project implementation

• - Creation of the launch brief. Coordination with design and development teams

• - Quality control

• - Monitoring adherence to deadlines and costs

• - Management of client communications until final project completion
