Saber Mamar-Attia

Within the management control department of France Routage (press distribution and routing), I participate in performance steering and the production of management reporting.

Main missions:

• Construction and automation of KPI dashboards for monitoring revenue, volumes, and margins.

• Analysis of budget/actual variances with volume/price/mix breakdown to explain revenue variations.

• Consolidation and validation of data from various sources (Sage SQL Server, Access databases via ODBC, Excel exports).

• Design of an autonomous reporting tool (HTML dashboard powered by Excel import, no software installation required) for revenue tracking.

• Automation of data processing in advanced Excel (FILTER, SORT, XLOOKUP) and Power Query (including conversion to a 5-4-4 fiscal calendar).

• Internal control: monthly review of budget vs. actual accounts for recurring general ledger accounts.

Skills developed: management control, data visualization, Excel modeling and automation, Power Query, data consolidation, variance analysis, financial reporting.

During my internship at Eiffage, I participated in various missions related to the organization and monitoring of the company's activities. I developed my skills in data analysis, information management, and the use of digital tools. This experience allowed me to discover the operations of a large group, work in a team on concrete projects, and strengthen my sense of organization, rigor, and autonomy in a demanding professional environment.
