About Ryzwan

👋 Hello, I'm Ryzwan.

Senior Product Manager with 8+ years of experience in B2B and B2C products: at the intersection of Product Delivery, Data, and real business constraints.

I spent several years at Jellysmack, a hyper-growth scale-up, where I led a Tribe of 3 cross-functional squads (100+ people) and delivered ML platforms that detected and activated 500+ content creators per month. There, I learned what it means to operate under pressure, at scale, with total ownership.

Then, I went into builder mode.

Over the last 3 years, I've designed, launched, and run several SaaS products: from zero to real revenue. I managed paid acquisition (€100K+ in Google & Meta Ads), tracked key KPIs (MRR, CAC, LTV, churn), and made tough decisions with limited resources.
I shipped fast thanks to AI tools and vibe coding.

Some projects were killed. One was sold for €12K MRR. Two are still running today.

This period didn't pause my PM career: it accelerated it.

Today, I combine a corporate product vision with the velocity and resourcefulness of a solo builder.

What I bring to a mission:

👉 End-to-end ownership: from problem framing to production, metrics, and iteration
👉 Expertise in AI, ML, and data products: not as buzzwords, but as a delivery reality
👉 Growth instincts: I've managed campaigns, read dashboards, and optimized funnels myself
👉 Speed without chaos: I know how to ship fast while maintaining a product vision

My intervention formats:
Product Discovery · Framing & Roadmap · Delivery & Execution · Product Audit · PM Team Coaching

SaaS Builder — Product, Growth & AI Independent

    February 2023 - Today (3 years and 6 months)
    Marseille, France
Design, launch, and run several SaaS products from scratch to traction: applying rigorous product methodology in constrained, high-velocity environments.

7 products launched. Some quickly killed (rapid invalidation as a product discipline). One exited at €12K MRR. Two are in production today with active subscribers.

    What I did concretely:

-Paid acquisition: €100K+ managed on Google Ads & Meta Ads
    - Complete analytics stack: tracking, cohorts, MRR/churn dashboards
    - Constant trade-offs on key metrics: CAC, LTV, payback period
    - Solo building with AI tools (vibe coding) and technical partnerships depending on the projects

This period strengthened my ability to ship fast, invalidate without attachment, and maintain a product vision even in full execution mode.
