Leading a team of 13 to serve 400+ SME clients across DACH and build our in-house Al platform, HosonoAl. Delivered a 4x uplift in or- ganic search for an automotive client and revived a near-bankrupt Swiss flower e-retailer through e-commerce consulting and Al-driven automation. Developed Al workflows (n8n, Ansible, Dify) to reduce manual effort by over 60 % and rebuilt our CRM from HubSpot to Symfony/PHP 8 for seamless, cost-effective Al integration. Leveraged vector embeddings for rapid customer lookup and Al analytics.

Led the digital transformation by creating PlentyMarkets ERP work- flows to automate printing and integrate warehouse devices, and by in- troducing chaotic storage to boost picking accuracy. Automated cata- log listings and inventory sync across Amazon, eBay, and Zalando via ERP/PIM, drove the B2B-to-B2C shift with a China business trip to vet manufacturers and launch DTC channels, and expanded into France, Italy, and Spain. As the agency's first SEO specialist, I delivered workshops to 150+ Düsseldorf staff and mentored new hires, audited and optimized dozens of client sites with design and technical teams to embed SEO-friendly structures, and partnered with leadership to define best practices and implement framework-driven testing to enhance organic search performance I began by self-teaching server setup, HTML, CSS and PHP, then as a full-time apprentice specialized in web development, programming and SEO. Recognizing my strengths in developing, automation and marketing, I honed skills in building, optimizing and automating web solutions across the agency.

As the agency's first SEO Manager, I was responsible for SEO strategies for over 150+ clients in Düsseldorf. I developed on-page optimizations, content concepts, and technical SEO structures, working closely with design and technical teams to sustainably increase ranking performance.

I created framework and best practice guides, conducted internal training, and took over quality assurance for SEO projects. Additionally, I supported team leads in standardizing SEO processes agency-wide.
