Rym joined my Data team to lead our Energy stream, under the business responsibility of our Chief Energy Officer, with the mission of coordinating the reliable and auditable reporting of energy information from our 7 countries.
Rym re-evaluated the existing reporting process, trained the country managers on the key controls necessary for data quality, and trained the junior members of my team to strengthen their controls. Rym brought the monthly delivery of energy KPIs to the Group COMEX and country CODIR under control within 2 months.
