- multiple other high end smart home projects from £50k to £1.5m

- various projects getting Rithum's smart home / IoT product to market, including hardware & software product management / development, operational projects such as website deployment and 3PL integration, and sales & marketing projects such as pipeline development or campaign activation

As Founder & CEO of Rithum (rithumhome.com), I have taken my initial vision from conception to having a product in market. From hardware and software product development, to business development and marketing, and from raising two rounds of external funding to trade show execution. The experience has been a baptism of fire on a rollercoaster which has been extremely rewarding and provided me with lifelong skills.

Building a startup is essentially being a project manager with many different hats, with constant reprioritisation of the smaller projects whilst steering the main project (or portfolio) in the right direction.
