Implementation of observability dashboards for business teams, using Grafana for data visualization, Prometheus for metric monitoring, Loki for log centralization, and Tempo for distributed tracing. Design and deployment of solutions for real-time monitoring of key indicators and rapid anomaly detection. Complementary experience with Centreon for traditional monitoring and alert setup, ensuring comprehensive coverage between infrastructure and business needs.

Implementation of supervision within THALES LAS in Massy for several international defense projects, including GCI (Indonesia), UOR (United Arab Emirates), and ASRADOC (Iraq). My mission was to design, deploy, and configure supervision solutions to monitor complex military systems such as operational containers, radars, and other critical subsystems, as well as to ensure the visualization, consistency, and overall availability of the deployed architectures.

MISSION I: THALES SIX - MNW, PARIS QECN project IVVQ, satellite communication system for Qatar, comprising two Network Operation Centers (NOC), Anchor Stations, and Satellite Ground Terminals (SGT), as well as the integration of the entire system. My mission within Thales was to replicate on a platform incidents that occurred on site hardware to understand their origin. Network patching. Installation of servers, routers, and switches in IT racks. Writing procedures and test plans. Redeployment of virtual machines on VMWare. Implementation of unit and system tests. Scripting (python, robot Framework). Component replacement on proprietary hardware. Log analysis with WinMerge. Study and implementation of new PC Tools. Environment: WINDOWS 7/8/10, LINUX, VMWARE, CISCO, STORMSHIELD. // MISSION II: THALES SIX - MNW, PARIS Thales develops and supplies the ATLAS system, a software-centric system, to meet the needs of the artillery (France, and Export projects). The ATLAS solution is deployed on a Windows IT environment. Conduct studies through technological watch of available vulnerabilities and patches and propose to project architects the fixes to be integrated into the next deployable version. Integrate patches. Produce images of the different target machines to be updated. Produce the production procedure and installation manuals for the current version images, as well as associated VDDs. Perform minimal regression tests of the solution. Handle Trouble Tickets (FTs): investigations, IT correction of the solution, raised by the teams. Ensure GLPI inventory of the platform (PEL) and report elements in the Thales tool. Administer and manage backups of 2 "Windows Server 2008" File servers, associated network patching for the Platform. Corrections and evolution on Linux tools for collecting and deploying ghosts.
