I joined a newly formed neurophysiology lab to study how sex hormones and hormonal cycles affect brain function and cognition. I built the lab's computational and analytical foundation for in-vivo neural recordings (fiber photometry, calcium imaging, electrophysiology) integrated with behavioral data, and led experimental design, surgeries, behavioral testing, analysis, and mentoring.
• • Built and standardized the lab's core data-analysis pipelines for fiber photometry and electrophysiology (MATLAB; expanding to Python/R), now used by current and future researchers.
• • Led end-to-end computational analysis of multimodal neural and behavioral datasets, applying advanced statistical methods and machine learning techniques (supervised and unsupervised).
