HERMES & L'OREAL: (March 2017 - November 2017) CRM project: Set up a worldwide customers database which guarantee data consistency and data quality

- Designing testing strategies for the CRM tool

- Testing the quality of the MS Dynamics platform across all its 10 modules

- Creating test scenarios in order to ensure the compatibility with the business requirements

- Managing the project roadmap and communicating its status
