Managed end-to-end Verification & Validation (V&V) activities under the DO-178C standard, covering the complete certification lifecycle. Coordinated multidisciplinary engineering teams, managed planning, risks, change requests, and stakeholder expectations, ensuring successful delivery in a highly regulated, safety-critical environment.

Worked as Business Development Manager for the eCommerce and Manufacturing verticals, helping grow these markets outside Portugal.

I managed a yearly target of around €10M, combining existing client growth with new business opportunities. My role involved building relationships with international clients, identifying opportunities, shaping proposals, negotiating deals, and working closely with delivery teams to make sure we could turn commercial opportunities into successful long-term partnerships.

Led the delivery and growth of a large engineering team supporting one of Europe's leading digital commerce platforms. As Platform Manager and Senior Project Manager, I was responsible for a team of around 80 consultants, ensuring successful delivery, resource planning, stakeholder management, team development, and operational excellence. Working closely with client leadership, I helped scale the partnership while maintaining high levels of delivery quality, customer satisfaction, and team engagement.
