Within the Customer Support team at noyoco, I managed customer relations from A to Z in a demanding e-commerce environment. This experience allowed me to understand the major pain points of after-sales service: response times, returns management, and personalization of interactions. I learned the importance of instant responses to maintain a high conversion rate, a challenge I now address through intelligent automation and AI agents.

Although my career as a copywriter is relatively new, I am convinced that my skills and experience in other fields can be effectively applied in this new role. As a former retail manager, I gained valuable experience in customer communication, crafting sales messages, and implementing effective marketing strategies.

While these skills were practiced in a different context, I am confident they will be very useful to me as a copywriter. For example, my ability to communicate with customers allows me to understand the needs and desires of my target audience, while my marketing skills enable me to create messages that are both catchy and persuasive.

I am also a fast learner and am eager to develop new skills and gain a deeper understanding of the copywriting field. I am confident that my passion and commitment will allow me to succeed in this new role as a copywriter.
