I manage a client portfolio, providing personalized support throughout the user journey, with the goal of satisfaction and retention. I analyze customer needs and experience, gather feedback, and handle complaints and disputes to provide appropriate solutions. Daily, I process requests via calls and chat, manage leads, as well as logistical orders and carrier deliveries, while conducting technical monitoring to continuously improve service quality.

At Driveco, a player in electric mobility, I held a cross-functional role combining customer relations and technical operations:

B2C & B2B (Airbus, Leroy Merlin, Dealerships…)

• Customer support by phone and email via Aircall.

• Remote resolution of technical incidents (supervision tool).

• Monitoring of technical interventions and complaint management.

Operations & Coordination

• Monitoring of disconnected charging stations, emergency management (down stations, blocked cables…).

• Collaboration with product teams to create and track bugs.

• User testing and contribution to the improvement of the DRIVECO application.

Moderation & Communication

• Responses to customer comments on Chargemap and Partoo.

Since 2021, I have been working as an independent fashion designer, with a versatile approach to textile design:

• Design of unique pieces ranging from streetwear to tailoring.

• Creation of outfits for music videos, photoshoots, weddings, with a strong focus on upcycling.

• Assistant pattern maker for Coralie Waterlot's Resilience collection, from pattern development to final garment.

• Management of the creation process from A to Z: sourcing, pattern making, styling, production.
