As an Occupational Safety Specialist (Sifa) with over 17 years of experience in the industry and more than 10 years specializing in occupational safety, HSE management, and process optimization, I support companies in establishing their safety organization in a legally compliant, efficient, and practical manner.

My career at Siemens, Siemens Energy, and Orafol has provided me with extensive experience in production, logistics, and engineering. There, I created risk assessments, implemented occupational safety concepts, and successfully trained and led teams. Through my training as a mechatronics technician and further education as an industrial foreman, I combine technical expertise with business acumen. A combination that has proven particularly valuable in projects.

As a project manager and HSE manager, I have taken responsibility for budgets, safety audits, instructions, and preventive measures, developing sustainable solutions that combine safety and economic efficiency.

Since 2025, I have been working independently, offering companies flexible support in occupational safety, HSE management, and compliance. My focus is on reducing hazards, meeting legal requirements, and protecting employees sustainably.
