Head of the Phygital Infra & Cloud unit:

- Coordination and direction of the On-Premise & Cloud infrastructure team.

- Estimations and proposals - Primarily: AWS, Azure, GCP

- Infrastructure designs, disaster recovery plan.

- Support in product and project implementations.

Responsible for operations in products and projects in various fields (Energy, Public Administrations, Industry), some of the main tasks:

- Coordination and management of multidisciplinary teams (Back, UX, Front, Data).

- Economic management and project roadmap compliance.

- Technical and strategic decision-making, ensuring business objectives and technical solution assurance.

- Liaison between business and technology.

- Ensuring compliance with standards defined by transversal units.

Involved in the banking Digital Transformation process, currently focused on the new Personal Banking App and the Broker App. Responsible for leading the development team and the quality of the products delivered. Technical/architectural and strategic decision-making.

Responsible for the agile management of the project, removing any difficulties or blockers that prevent the team from achieving the goal set in the Sprint. Project economic management and commercial relationship with suppliers. Coordination with other internal departments (Architecture, Security, etc.) and follow-up.
