• RFID System Implementation with Data Analysis: I used Machine Learning techniques to analyze and detect inefficiencies in order picking and verification. I led the implementation of an RFID system, collaborating with IT and operations teams. This combination of technology and data analysis resulted in a 15% reduction in errors and a 20% improvement in verification process efficiency.

• Warehouse Process Reengineering with Lean Manufacturing: Applying Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles, I led a complete reengineering of the warehouse process. I developed custom software to adapt to project needs, improving inventory and order management. This initiative led to a 25% reduction in processing time.
