Assisting the founder of La Maison du Dix in her vision for this unique place:- Transforming a 1,500 sqm 19th-century private mansion into an intelligent and connected exceptional venue.
My role:- Translating this vision into technical reality, from smart building strategy to commissioning and daily maintenance.
What I brought:- Global technical architecture (multi-lot, multi-technology)

Transformation of an industrial site into a controlled energy environment - Air France Project (Roissy)
As part of an energy efficiency renovation program at an Air France industrial site (Roissy), I acted as a Smart Project Management Consultant (AMO Smart) for the upstream study and scoping phases.The objective was to structure a comprehensive energy optimization approach, moving beyond a fragmented technical analysis to propose a coherent, measurable, and sustainable vision.My involvement focused on analyzing existing installations, identifying areas for improvement, and defining a target architecture for controlling and monitoring consumption.Missions carried out:- Audit of installations (heating, air handling units, lighting, processes)
