I believe that internal tools such as apps, websites, and dashboards should work so user-friendly that users never need a manual again. That's why I design user interfaces that not only look great but above all work intuitively. I do this by conducting user research, testing concepts in the form of wireframes and prototypes, collaborating closely with end-users, and implementing a Design System.

At DPG Media, I was responsible for setting up a number of new verticals (including lossebladen.nl and bladcadeau.nl) and I work with a number of CRO specialists to optimize the sales pages of, among others, de Volkskrant, Trouw, Donald Duck, Libelle, and about 30 other brands through various A/B tests. I also maintain the design system for these brands together with my colleagues to ensure seamless consistency in our designs and collaboration with development.
