Hello, I support organizations in understanding the challenges of ecological transition. With a non-dogmatic but very business-oriented approach. Specifically, why a company has every interest in taking the subject into account if it wants to exist in 5 or 10 years.

Here are some of my achievements in "training":

- Training "millennials" from a large bank to understand the challenges of transition in the banking sector

- Creating content and leading white-label training for BPI. 2 training courses "how to integrate transition challenges into entrepreneurial support" and "supporting leaders in an ecological transition approach: impact, opportunities, and action plan"

- Speaking at business schools (Montpellier Business School, Toulouse Business School)

- Awareness plan for 300 employees of a mid-sized company on the climate/water/biodiversity triad

Here are some of my achievements in "project management":

- Creating comic book-style brochures to project the lives of employees in industrial sites in 2050 (#adaptation)

- Creating a 3-hour workshop for stakeholders of a humanitarian NGO to bring their slogan "Zero carbon, Zero exclusion, Zero Poverty" to life

- Redefining the purpose of a digital cooperative

I am also the co-director of the CEC in Occitanie. The CEC is a national association that offers one-year programs for business leaders to work together on the robustness of their organization in the face of future instabilities (climatic, economic, political). I am in charge of the program that will take place in Occitanie in 2026: €1M budget, team of 20 people.
