Previously a network director within a recognized start-up in the retail sector, I then had the opportunity to join a large international group where I carefully supported managers and their teams, both in their successes and their professional challenges & difficulties: job changes, managerial issues, change management, among others.
It was these pivotal moments that revealed the importance of specific support from a third party, whose contribution was so beneficial and the results so fruitful, that I made the decision to devote the rest of my career to it by training in executive coaching.
