I currently work in a multinational company in the sports apparel retail sector, within the IT area, where I play a key role in the governance, control, and improvement of project management. My work focuses on ensuring correct methodological execution, compliance with controls, and project traceability. My responsibilities include the creation and maintenance of process diagrams, documentation of methodologies, procedures, and operational controls, as well as the definition and execution of controls for internal IT project audits. I actively participate in the continuous improvement and adaptation of the department's project management methodology, aligning it with business needs and best practices. I monitor and audit the progress of approximately 32 active projects, managed by a team of 5 Project Managers.

All documentation is centralized in Confluence, ensuring information consistency and accessibility, while task, incident, and action management and tracking are carried out through Jira, ensuring traceability and operational control.

Researcher in data sovereignty, focusing on the application of the International Data Spaces Association (IDSA) framework.

Supervision and control of the implementation of the business intelligence system. Taking an active role in communication with user areas regarding the progress of the Business Intelligence System project. Proposing the architecture for the Business Intelligence System's IT solution. Validating diagrams and designs for dashboards, data models, and others developed during the requirements stage. Supervising functional testing of the Business Intelligence System.
