Full-stack design and development of "Antuan", a conversational assistant with which diners order from their mobile (voice or text) and the kitchen manages orders in real-time. Complete project, deployed and in production.

• Table Frontend (HTML/CSS/JS): chat with microphone, real menu with 90+ dishes and prices, local cart, and live order status panel.

• Kitchen Screen: orders grouped by table, drink/food division, status filters, incremental rendering, waiter/bill alerts, and sound notification.

• Node.js Backend (Railway): secure proxy to Voiceflow (protected API key, whitelist CORS, rate limiting) and persistent order API with atomic writes that survive restarts.

• Custom Voice: quantity parser, +100 colloquial aliases, variant detection, and voice product removal.

• Synchronized client-kitchen states (pending → preparing → ready) with automatic chat notifications.

• CI/CD: automatic deployment on each push (Netlify + Railway). Technical documentation and professional reporting included.

Foundation and technical leadership of RoviDev.
