Project: Treatment and Valorization Unit for Hotel Waste — Djerba

Modeling and structural analysis of a reinforced concrete digester for anaerobic treatment of organic waste from the hotel sector, using Robot Structural Analysis and Arche.

Preparation of regulatory calculation notes (load descent, ultimate and service limit state verification) in accordance with applicable Eurocodes.

Design of structural elements for the raw material preparation hall: columns, beams, slabs, and foundations.

Development of detail plans for the preparation hall structure (formwork, reinforcement, and connection details) on AutoCAD, in coordination with production and process teams.

Active participation in progress monitoring technical meetings, interfacing with design teams and project managers.

Project: Detailed Design — ECOBANK Headquarters, N'Djamena, Chad

Detailed design of a 6-level high-rise building (ground floor, mezzanine, 4 typical floors, and basement) with a reinforced concrete frame, intended to house the ECOBANK headquarters in Chad.

Complete 3D modeling of the structure under Robot Structural Analysis and Arche: definition of dead, live, and seismic loads, modal analysis, and verification of load combinations according to Eurocodes.

Preparation of manual and software-assisted calculation notes for the design of main structural elements: walls, columns, beams, slabs, and deep foundations.

Development of quantity take-offs in Revit for estimating concrete volumes and steel quantities (passive reinforcement), supporting the construction economics team.

Production of formwork and reinforcement plans on AutoCAD: floor plans, cross-sections, longitudinal sections, detail plans of structural nodes, and concrete-steel junctions.

Participation in weekly technical meetings in coordination with the architecture, technical trades, and project management teams.

Project: Detailed Design — Cogeneration Building, Mahdia WWTP

- Participation in the detailed design of a reinforced concrete cogeneration building at the wastewater treatment plant (WWTP) of Mahdia, including the technical rooms for the cogeneration units, foundation blocks for equipment, and underground channels for fluid circulation (gas and cooling water).

- Design of structural elements (columns, beams, slabs, retaining walls, and footings) based on manual calculation notes, with verification of sections at limit states.

- Development of formwork and reinforcement plans on AutoCAD, integrating the constraints of mechanical equipment and fluid network installation.
