After several experiences in sales, I decided to open my office cleaning business (while securing my current job). The field of cleaning and hygiene, and the maintenance of workspaces is a new area for me, but I am just as capable of contributing to ensuring a healthy and pleasant environment for professionals by carrying out this activity.

I know how to be rigorous, organized, and discreet in order to intervene effectively in companies. Very meticulous, I will know how to use different cleaning products and materials while respecting hygiene, safety rules, and professional standards.

During my experience as a salesperson at Galeries Lafayette, I was responsible for welcoming and advising customers to offer them a pleasant and personalized shopping experience. My role was to identify customer needs, present products, and propose suitable solutions while highlighting current collections and trends.

I also ensured the stocking and proper presentation of items, product restocking, and inventory management to guarantee an attractive and well-organized sales area.

Additionally, I participated in processing purchases, customer loyalty, and achieving the store's commercial objectives. This experience allowed me to develop my skills in customer relations, sales techniques, and teamwork in a dynamic environment.
