● Context: Aroma-Zone surveyed its community on expected new features for 2023, revealing major concerns about the online and in-store customer experience, the level of salesperson training, and store congestion.
● Mission: Highlight the importance of a consistent customer experience to strengthen the main target audience's attachment to Aroma-Zone's DIY concept.
● Tasks:
- Scoping: exploratory research, UX audits, benchmark;
- Exploratory research: quantitative and pre-qualifying questionnaire (115 respondents) followed by 6 individual interviews, a service safari (5 participants), and shadowing (4 people observed), creation of 3 personas and empathy maps, and 1 experience map;
- Ideation & prototyping: facilitation of co-design workshops (brainstorming, affinity diagram, crazy eight), value proposition, tone of voice, information architecture (inventory and card sorting), user journey (wireflow), and prototyping;
- Evaluative research: 8 moderated user tests and 5 guerrilla tests. Satisfaction evaluation using the System Usability Scale (result = 86).

● Mission: Integrate Heegee into the target audience's health journey and overcome motivation-related obstacles.

- Scoping: stakeholder interviews, exploratory research, UX audits, benchmark, vision workshop
- Exploratory research: quantitative and pre-qualifying questionnaire (69 respondents) followed by 9 individual interviews, creation of 5 personas and empathy maps, and 1 experience map
- Design Sprint: guerrilla UXR, facilitation of co-design workshops (brainstorming, sketching, value proposition, and card sorting), wireflow, prototyping, and 5 moderated user tests
