Within the IT department of a large banking group, I work as a functional architect on the knowledge and transformation of the IS, in close collaboration with business departments and architecture teams:

• Production of functional and application maps of the banking information system

• Conducting impact studies as part of IS evolutions and transformation projects

• Identification of application dependencies and contribution to the management of application assets

• Participation in the definition of target architectures, in line with business challenges and strategic orientations

• Contribution to the organization and governance of the information system: functional architecture, application mapping, IS organization, governance, impact studies, application assets, banking

In a context of continuous transformation of the banking IS, I served as a business analyst and Scrum Master, bridging the gap between business needs and development teams throughout the project lifecycle:

• Collection, analysis, and formalization of business needs in collaboration with the relevant departments

• Writing user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria

• Facilitating scoping and co-creation workshops with stakeholders

• Supporting the Product Owner in managing, refining, and prioritizing the backlog

• Facilitating agile ceremonies (Scrum / SAFe) as Scrum Master

• Monitoring performance indicators (velocity, progress) and continuous improvement initiatives

• Coordination between business and development teams

Serving public sector clients, I contributed to digital transformation projects by combining functional analysis and development, from requirements gathering to application delivery:

• Participation in digital transformation and business mapping projects for public sector clients

• Requirements gathering and functional analysis in collaboration with business users

• Collaboration in steering committees (COPIL/COSUI) to ensure alignment of business priorities

• Contribution to process modeling and functional documentation

• Development and evolution of Angular web applications in an agile approach.
