With over 25 years in the semiconductor industry for optical telecommunications, I have acquired multiple skills in semiconductor processes, component development, team and project management. This extensive experience has allowed me to fully understand field challenges, both technical and managerial. I then moved to the Defense sector, where I worked as a project manager and as an Innovation Manager responsible for identifying disruptive technologies useful for Nanotechnology, Sensors, and Components.
