HR Payroll Manager for over 5 years and versatile administrative assistant, I have solid experience in administration, HR, and payroll.

I have worked in various structures. In two of them, I worked completely independently in both payroll and HR.

I handle hiring formalities, contracts, amendments, DPAE (Declaration of Prior Employment), monitoring and management of medical and training visits, management of absences: sick leave, work accidents, occupational diseases, paid leave; end-of-contract formalities: final settlement, work certificate, France Travail certificate; disciplinary procedures, dismissal procedures.

In payroll, I collect and enter payroll variables, I edit and check payslips, I perform DSN (Declaration Sociale Nominative).

Furthermore, I can perform administrative tasks such as making appointments, managing schedules, quotes and invoicing, client reminders, data entry and formatting of documents (reports, minutes), organizing business travel, managing email inboxes, managing files.

With an accounting background, I can perform basic accounting tasks such as: cash journals, bank journals, purchase journals, sales journals, client and supplier accounts, as well as bank reconciliations.
