An engineer by training, I quickly moved into the banking and financial sector, where I held positions of responsibility, particularly in control functions (compliance, risk management, audit, and permanent control). I have held positions such as Director of Compliance, Risk, and Permanent Control, and I also hold AMF certification.

After contributing to improving and securing the processes of several leading banking institutions, reinforcing the control and formalism culture of employees, and reassuring management regarding image and regulatory sanction risks, I became a consultant and trainer in these areas. I cover both:

purely banking issues (Anti-money laundering/counter-terrorist financing, sanctions, and embargoes)

and other types of activities in cross-functional areas (permanent control, GDPR, Anti-corruption, Business continuity planning, Information system security.

In the course of these missions, I have managed teams of up to 30 employees, but I can also act as an expert to adapt to your needs.
