As a member of the development team at Hello Travel, I had the opportunity to collaborate with talented colleagues on strategic projects that transformed how we work and interact with our clients. Here's an overview of the significant impacts we achieved together:

- Added Dynamic Packaging: We integrated custom flight options, resulting in a 15% increase in revenue.

- Optimized internal CRM: In collaboration with sales teams, we improved our customer relationship management system, leading to a 20% productivity gain.

- Improved website performance: We reduced page load times (LCP, CLS, FID) from 1.2s to under 500ms, providing a smooth user experience.

- Implemented a tracking plan: Working with marketing teams, we developed a data tracking system, reducing marketing costs and improving campaign qualification. Restructured the company to drive business decisions through data.

- Migration to Remix: I participated in migrating our sites to Remix, integrating a custom Design System, facilitating the creation of new pages.

- Overhauled the customer review collection system, improved follow-ups, and created a dashboard for the teams: Increased our NPS from 61 to 64.

- Optimized billing: In collaboration with accounting teams, we implemented processes that drastically reduced payment delays.

- Integrated Strapi: Allowing the marketing team to easily manage content, increasing the productivity of technical and marketing teams and reducing friction between them.

- Updated AWS architecture: I participated in modernizing our cloud infrastructure, reducing our hosting costs by €10,000 per year.

We are two independent chefs, passionate about chocolate. We handcraft in Haute Savoie, in the Annecy Basin, chocolate bonbons, original bars, and some gourmet confections.

We are committed to working primarily with local producers and high-quality products, organic whenever possible, which we source directly.

Our chocolate comes from Camayos, based in the Bauges region. A solidarity project combining humanism and chocolate. Camayos transforms cocoa beans into unique and fair-trade chocolate to improve the living conditions of the inhabitants of the village of Ayos in Cameroon.

Our organic herbal syrups and liqueurs are handcrafted by our producers 'l'Asinerie et Plantes' and 'Le sanglier philosophe', also in the Bauges region, and our organic red fruits come directly from Vallières (74).
