* Guarantee of good technical deliverability of emails: testing and resolution of any display and deliverability issues in different webmails and mobile OS.

* Creation/adaptation/updating/testing/acceptance and deployment of responsive LPs and mini-sites

* Implementation of tracking (Google Analytics type or equivalent)

* Management of dynamic page display (AMP scripts) according to personalization rules defined for each campaign

🎨 CRM CAMPAIGN MANAGEMENT PLATFORM

* Testing of new features and/or evolutions of SFMC platform tools and recommendations for their deployment

* Development of specific tools and operating procedures to facilitate campaign management (e.g., HTML link configurator…)

* Support for campaign managers to facilitate the adoption of new SFMC features/solutions.

🔭 MONITORING, OPTIMIZATION AND INNOVATION

* Very regular exchanges with our internal technical teams (Web/digital, Development, Business Analysis, IT…) and with our external service providers (Salesforce, communication agencies…) to ensure the smooth running of our campaigns, the deployment of updates and to explore/test new solutions.

* Monitoring of digital/emailing innovations and best practices, in service of campaign performance.
