The Business Solution Center (RESG/BSC), a shared services center, is intended to provide the entities and sectors (Finance, Risks, Human Resources, etc.) of the Société Générale Group with global IT solutions. My mission within the BSC was to respond to the needs of accounting data analysis through SSRS and PowerBI reports, develop new SSRS reports as part of the IFRS9 project, set up a PowerBI report in order to manage the status of the rating to reduce the impact of the provision linked to a lack of anticipation in the rating/re-rating. In order to promote the powerBI tool, I was asked to give training to staff from different departments. The purpose of the training was to introduce them to the tool and support them in carrying out projects around PowerBI.
