After more than 10 years as a project manager and then head of a division in an IT services company, I want to share my experience in project management and promote agile practices. My technical background also allows me to support development teams and propose appropriate solutions.
In the past, I have worked on software development projects, whether as a developer, architect or project manager, with particular expertise in object technologies (C++ / Smalltalk / Java).
These last 4 years have allowed me to diversify my skills in customer relations by working as a project manager AMOA in order to collect internal needs at my client and ensure their proper implementation by suppliers.
