-Guarantee a good quality of reception and service to customers, in the agency or outside the agency -Receive, inform, advise, prospect, satisfy and retain customers, facilitate their access to all products and services and respond to their requests; -Monitor the commercial performance of the agency and make it profitable; -Supervise meetings in the agency and ensure responsibility for personnel, funds, premises and all equipment and the agency's portfolio; -Ensure control of funds, personnel discipline, search for credit clients and monitoring of the use of said credits, collection from debtor clients, cash differences; ensure compliance with the procedure for processing operations, monitor budgetary expenses and point out the agency's accounting operations; -Develop the customer portfolio and monitor accounts daily, animate and coach the entire commercial team of the agency, study customer credit requests, ensure the proper maintenance of accounting and end-of-month account processing.

Prospecting and setting up credit files, Analyzing credit files, Analyzing clients' financing needs while maintaining the quality of the credit portfolio, Actively participating in the compliance of credit decisions, the reliability of client data (Risk of error), the organization and monitoring of collections, carrying out on-site checks in agencies for a complete review of commitments, analyzing the status of irregular debtor current accounts (exceeding authorization or without authorization), processing the status of credit files expiring in one month or already expired, piloting and guaranteeing the profitability of the agencies in my charge through the granting of credits and collection, the production of reporting.

Prospecting and opening checking accounts and mobile savings accounts for customers, prospecting and setting up credit files in the region, reconciling balance sheet accounts, developing debt collection strategies in

the region, reconciling collection books, monitoring agency commitments, developing commercial activity in the region…
