Mission: within a large-scale agile transformation (SAFe), I supported 3 teams in French and English. My responsibility was the effectiveness of the teams and strengthening the organization's agile culture.

• Transformation & Support: analyze teams, make proposals and implement them, lead agile workshops with the Agile League and assess team agile maturity.

• Agile Culture: actively promote Scrum values (respect, courage, commitment, openness, focus) as a lever for cohesion and conflict management.

• Coaching & Mentoring: I coached managers, Scrum Masters, and teams while facilitating Safe ART Syncs and Program Increment (PI) planning for effective large-scale collaboration and alignment. I also facilitated sprint planning, daily scrums, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

• Performance Improvement: I helped teams improve their predictability by implementing a Kanban system with WIP limits, which regularized and improved velocity.

• Backlog Quality Improvement (US, acceptance criteria, sprint goals)

• Obstacle Removal: I proactively identified and resolved blocking points, reducing technical debt and improving work efficiency by 50%.

• Engagement & Retention: I successfully created a stable and engaging environment for the teams, reducing the turnover rate by 3x in 17 months. The effect was maintained after my departure.

• Product Ownership: supported Product Owners and management on product vision, roadmap, backlog, story mapping, and value communication.

• Team Involvement: I implemented self-organization, allowing teams to own Scrum and take initiative (daily, retrospective, PI).

• Security, Monitoring, and Reporting: for the decommissioning of database servers hosted on the AWS platform

Context: Scrum Master within the EIKO association, which offers alternative information solutions for consumers sensitive to ecology during their online purchasing process. Team: about ten direct collaborators within an environment of about thirty members spread across three teams working on complementary products.
