I worked at Infomil (E.Leclerc Group) as an IT Project Engineer, responsible for managing and deploying infrastructure projects across the entire network of stores and warehouses.

I was in charge of the scope definition, planning, and coordination of strategic projects: modernization of LAN/WAN and Wi-Fi networks, deployment of collaborative tools, monitoring, and security of IT environments. I also managed a team of 10 to 12 people (technicians and engineers), focusing on skill development, operational organization, and objective achievement.

My role included standardizing procedures and industrializing deployments to ensure the reliability of large-scale infrastructures. As a key contact for regional IT managers, store managers, and service providers, I ensured the success of projects within deadlines, budgets, and standards.

This experience allowed me to consolidate my dual technical and managerial expertise, essential for supporting my clients today in their IT projects and digital transformation.
