• Conduct preliminary architecture studies during the scoping phase to determine the technical feasibility of the project (technology choices, impacts, risks, solution cost, etc.),

• Map the IS architecture layers,

• Definition and implementation of an IT roadmap, integrating the evolution of application components and infrastructures, as well as security and compliance requirements,

• Monitor and coordinate developments in collaboration with technical teams, applying Agile principles,

• Write and present HLD, LLD Architecture Documents.

ENVIRONMENT

• Participate in crisis management and provide recommendations in the context of blocking production incidents,

• Write and present HLD/LLD Architecture Documents.

• Monitor and coordinate developments in collaboration with technical teams, applying SCRUM/SAFe methodology.

ENVIRONMENT

• Write functional and technical studies in preparation for the POC and MVP phases.

• Inform and challenge the architecture choices proposed by the solution vendor as well as the implementation choices of the integrator.

• Act as the technical architect for application architecture and IS integration issues.
