Project transport management in SAP Solution Manager (Focus Build). As SAP for I led a small group of ABAP Developers as their coordinator. I was the middle person between them and business. They communication in tickets was not satisfactory, and I had to manage their work progress. It went well because I dedicated them my time even during debugging sessions. I was kind a listener.
