Within the quality laboratory, I am responsible for coordinating and monitoring activities related to product control and safety, in compliance with regulatory requirements and internal standards.

My main missions are as follows:

• Laboratory analysis management and monitoring: coordination of physicochemical and microbiological analyses to ensure the conformity of water and finished products.

• Quality assurance and compliance: verification of compliance with protocols, standards (ISO, HACCP, etc.), and current regulatory requirements in the agrifood sector.

• Non-conformity management: identification, root cause analysis, implementation of corrective and preventive actions, and monitoring of their effectiveness.

• Traceability and document management: updating procedures, quality records, and participation in the continuous improvement of the documentary system.

• Audit participation: preparation and support for internal and external audits (clients, certification), as well as follow-up of associated action plans.

• Continuous improvement: proposing optimizations of analytical methods and quality processes to enhance laboratory reliability and performance.

• Communication and coordination: interface between the laboratory, production, and other departments to ensure good information flow and effective management of quality issues.

Improvement of safety and environmental practices in analysis laboratory workspaces, particularly in terms of ergonomics. Deepening of ISO 17025 standard requirements in analysis laboratories.

Control of culture media performed annually in the laboratory according to the NF EN ISO 11133 standard.
