Drafting, preparation, negotiation, and execution of international contracts (both European and non-European), clinical trial agreements, confidentiality agreements, and service agreements. Member contributing to the management of alerts and sensitive compliance cases. Involvement in the Discrimination Reporting Office, including the handling and assessment of discrimination reports.

Independent handling of compliance inquiries (including AML/KYC), Contract drafting Maintenance of compliance databases, as well as comprehensive support for the General Counsel / Compliance Officer Cross-departmental collaboration with all relevant departments

Close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with legal regulations, internal company policies, and international standards. Analysis and negotiation of complex contractual clauses, as well as oversight of compliance during contract amendments, terminations, and extensions.
