After more than 9 years of experience as a Corporate Recruiter for national and international needs, I became a freelancer in January 2020. I offer support in your recruitment, with 3 possible formulas:

_ Formula 1: daily support within your recruitment/HR department, with your tools and processes (billing at the daily rate). I would therefore be an operational (experienced) recruiter.

_ Formula 2: audit of your recruitment department, establishment of the need, training of your recruiters, KPI analysis, finding recruitment solutions according to your budget (billing at the current daily rate+€50).

_ Formula 3: On success, recruitment firm operation: hunting and sourcing profiles in connection with an open position in your company, proposals of validated candidates and invoicing only when the employee is hired (billing rate of 20 to 25% of the annual gross salary of the recruited candidate according to profile).

I work in Paris and the Paris region, but I can of course work elsewhere in France in full remote, with weekly and regular points and feedback (according to your wishes). My experience in recruiting various profiles (including many technical profiles) allows me to easily adapt to your needs and carry out recruitment missions in French or English.
