Since 2014, I have facilitated several dozen workshops for 5 to 300 people in French and English. As a member of the International Association of Facilitators, I promote this powerful practice daily, giving the power to decide to those who know, regardless of their hierarchical level. It is to share this practice with others that I have decided to dedicate part of my time to facilitation outside of my company.

Surrounded by a network of facilitators, I enjoy creating and leading tailor-made workshops resulting in a concrete deliverable that the team can use to continue advancing on their issues.
