Deployment of a new Finance IS in a multi-brand context: For COVEA (MMA, GMF, MAAF) which is deploying a new Finance information system, piloting the impact of the deployment of SAP on the "in-house" information systems of MMA. Animation of 6 mixed business (accountants)/MOA/IT project working groups (~40 people). Coordination of working groups with internal experts and suppliers (SAP, AXWAY, Accenture). Weekly reporting. Planning and risk monitoring. Program of ~150 people.

For Action Logement Services, a major player in social housing in France, organizational and technical diagnosis relating to the program group and the digital offer being deployed. Highlighting program risks, proposing areas for improvement (internal organization and subcontracting, technological architecture), support for reorienting the program. Animation of business/IT/supplier working groups (~50 people). Assistance to the CEO, the legal director and the IT department in understanding and managing the project. Project group animation (experts, suppliers, internal business MOA and IT), participation in the CEO committee and the program committee. Participation in the renegotiation of supplier contracts, risk management, redefinition of project governance, legal aspects.
