Intervention within the Claims train, in the Assistance team, in a SAFe environment.

I intervened in a context where coordination between business and technical teams created misunderstandings, slowing down decision-making and delivery.

My role was to bring clarity and fluidity to exchanges and processes.

Actions taken:

– Facilitated business workshops to clarify and refine needs (gathering, framing, prioritization)

– Translated needs into actionable user stories, in conjunction with the Product Owner and developers

– Optimized the user story lifecycle (clarification, acceptance criteria, standardization of practices)

– Structured project phases and facilitated demos

– Reduced misunderstandings between business and technical teams

– Streamlined delivery through a clearer and better-structured backlog

I worked within the GDO (Global Data Operations) group on improving and designing a platform. Its main purpose is to manage access to data groups created by data scientists.

My mission:

- Create a feature that displays a data group as an interactive relational database schema.

- Integrate mockups and create new features.

- Maintain the platform and the Storybook library.
