Mission: Deployment of a WMS (Warehouse Management System) at the Meung-sur-Loire logistics platform.

In a context of high pressure, I was responsible for the management of logistics and general services across a portfolio of 90 sites throughout France. My role was to restructure the supply chain in a crisis situation to maintain business continuity. This involved implementing inventory procedures and standards, as well as optimizing material resources (tools, vehicles, etc.) to reduce costs. I also supervised transfers and the management of external service providers, demonstrating an ability to make rapid strategic decisions.

In the special steel processing industry, I was in charge of logistics performance. I designed and implemented a rolling one-year Production Plan (PDP) based on a tool I created to track customer order forecasts. This work ensured the balance between production load and factory capacity. In parallel, I deployed continuous improvement tools such as the 5S method and visual management, with performance indicators and cleaning schedules, to create a more efficient and organized work environment.
