    Digital Reverse Mentoring aims to raise awareness among GRTgaz employees of digital culture and promote the sharing of good digital practices internally.

    The principle of reverse mentoring is simple: a GRTgaz employee experienced in digital (mentor) is put in contact with an employee from another department (mentee) for 6 months, to transmit their know-how and knowledge on digital culture, tech subjects and new working methodologies.

    Social networks, Office 365, Cybersecurity, Blockchain, Design Thinking… are all subjects to be explored in pairs. In addition, workshops & Learning Expeditions are organized to discover these themes throughout the program.

    The GRTgaz Digital Reverse Mentoring in figures:
    - 4 seasons, 240 participants, 120 pairs
    - 900 hours of exchange in pairs
    - 96% satisfaction rate & 100% recommendation rate of the program by the participants
