AI is a powerful tool, not a solution. That's the difference between selling a dream and delivering value. Many companies are wary of AI, and rightly so. They were promised magic, and they saw imprecision, randomness, and unpredictable results. These are all things a company cannot afford in what it delivers to its clients.

My job is to put AI in its proper place:

It doesn't replace your expertise or your client relationship. It multiplies the speed and rigor with which your teams produce them.

It's a tool that must be learned. I don't sell black boxes: I train your teams to use it, to benefit from it by understanding precisely its limitations and blind spots.

It involves risks that must be measured - data leaks, hallucinations, technological dependence, regulatory issues. We map them out before writing a single line of code.

It calls for real strategic thinking, specific to each sector. What makes sense in an event management agency has nothing to do with a law firm or an SME. My first question is always: where does AI truly create value for your company — and where should it be avoided?

My background: 12 years between Accenture, Société Générale CIB, and then as a director of private higher education institutions. I can speak with both executive committees and the team that will use the tool on Monday morning.
