With 10 years in Hong Kong managing IoT production lines and 6 years in test bench development, I support my clients throughout the entire product lifecycle: from the initial proof of concept (PoC) to mass production.

Prototyping & CAD Design: I help you design and rapidly iterate on your prototypes using Onshape and SolidWorks. My focus? Creating functional prototypes that already incorporate the realities of future manufacturing. We start simple to quickly validate the product's main concepts through rapid prototyping, then evolve towards an industrializable product by considering all aspects of mass production.

Preparation of manufacturing files for plastic injection and CNC machining. My goal is to simplify assembly and reduce production costs from the very first drawing.

Implementation of the entire factory testing strategy to ensure every product leaving the line is functional, as well as quality and aging tests.

Design of automated testing solutions (Python, OpenCV, C).

China/Southeast Asia Expertise:Practical mastery of sourcing and operational management with factories to ensure a smooth transition to mass production.
