At Payplug, a fintech company within the BPCE group, I currently work as a freelance Product Manager. Payplug is an omnichannel payment service provider. The scope concerns the e-commerce Retail payment API, with the objective of maximizing conversion and acceptance rates and enhancing customer experience.

I coordinated the implementation of a new feature to automate customer refunds on alternative payment methods, monitored the delivery of technical tasks for monitoring the API and its associated services, and carried out the entire discovery/solution definition phase for a project to consolidate credit card saving solutions, as well as initiating the discovery for the future unified API project.

Since 2025, I have joined a new feature team responsible for the back-office interface (front and back) for Payplug clients and their payouts.

- Construction of quarterly roadmaps

- Project coordination within the team (JIRA, Confluence) and facilitation of agile rituals in coordination with the engineering manager (daily, sprint planning, review, retro, and grooming)

Within the L'Argus division of Leboncoin, I worked as a freelance Product Owner.

I coordinated the development and then the go-live of the new used car valuation (new calculation algorithm and new technical architecture).

The team consisted of a product owner (myself), an engineering manager, and about ten tech profiles (data scientists, front-end developers, back-end developers, QA).

Then, during the last months of my assignment, I carried out the entire discovery and scoping phase for a new project concerning the predictive car valuation (future car valuations for leasing/long-term rental, particularly). The objective was to deliver a complete scoping document (scope, analysis of the existing situation, objectives, product vision, planning, etc.) for the future PO who would coordinate this new team being created.

- Understanding and analysis of the existing ecosystem

- Project coordination within the team (JIRA, Confluence) and facilitation of agile rituals in coordination with the engineering manager (daily, sprint planning, review, retro, and grooming)

- Backlog management (user stories, functional specifications) and associated arbitration

- Data analysis and visualization

- Project coordination outside the team with various stakeholders (communication, marketing, Argus experts, etc.)

- Delivery on other ancillary feature team projects (automation of existing processes, tool simplification)

Within the Organization Department France, I contributed for over two years to the implementation of the Carrefour blockchain traceability project, first as a product owner, then as a senior product owner. This project aimed to develop traceability management interfaces connected to a blockchain for agricultural supply chains, and mobile interfaces for consumers to access them.

I also served as a PMO for six months with the Executive Committee, participating in the monitoring of strategic working groups led by the Executive Director France. This gave me a global and strategic vision of the company.

Finally, I led several projects aimed at improving operational excellence through data analysis, project management, and the implementation of appropriate solutions.
